A few things families usually want to know before care begins.
It depends on the individual's needs, but a typical day could look like: arriving at your house at 8
AM, helping your parent bathe and get dressed, assisting with breakfast, a short walk or light mobility
exercises, and being on hand through the day for whatever comes up. They would tidy the parent’s room,
bed, and immediate surroundings and wash their clothes. They would ensure that all the medications and
other daily routines are followed diligently. Finally, they would end the shift as per the agreed
timings.
We build the schedule around the care receiver and their needs, not as per a fixed
template.
Before the visit, we share the profile of the caregiver or nurse coming to your home, so you know exactly who to expect and can verify their identity on arrival.
Our care team stays involved after assignment, not just at the start. If a replacement is needed, we act on it promptly so the care receiver isn't left without support.
Yes. We can arrange a call with the caregiver or nurse before their first visit, so you're both comfortable going in.
That's fine — shifts start from 6 hours a day, and there's no long lock-in. Tell us the duration you need and we'll work around it.
Beyond caregivers and nurses, we also arrange medical equipment, everyday care supplies, physiotherapists, dietitians and other home-care support. Let us know what's needed and we'll help you sort it.
